Apparently the first of two printings of this title; Warrock produced 100 copies at the order of the Virginia Senate before their amended resolutions were brought up in the House of Delegates on January 4, 1820 (Swem 9162); he was later paid for 500 copies of the same, a quantity often ordered by the House in their deliberations over controversial items there (Swem 9129); this Index reports each in that manner (this item & 1820.002). In the end, the both chambers agreed to common language for the resolutions (1820.A01).
