Warrock was essentially the Grand Lodge's printer from 1811 to 1851; William Fitzwhylsonn was the lodge's Grand Secretary and compiled this report, signing same in print on page 17. Shaw & Shoemaker recorded this title twice, once as an 1815 imprint (no. 34745) and again as an 1816 one (no. 37659); the Early American Imprints Series filmed the title and lists it under both numbers; this Index reports only the correct entry number.
