Notes

Only known copy is held by the Library of Virginia; the House ordered this compilation of reports and documents printed on October 20, 1814 for use of the Assembly in this session. Long-time public printer, Samuel Pleasants, died six days before this session opened; the Assembly chose to continue employing his press for most of this session, granting his widow, Deborah W. L. Pleasants, her husband's title until January 1, 1815; still, some extraordinary assignments, such as this one, were delegated to the Ritchie & Trueheart press in advance of Ritchie's assumption of the post of public printer with the dawn of 1815.
