Notes

Sheet lacks colophon; printing such items was usually the responsibility of the public printer, then Samuel Pleasants; however, several items from the Office of Adjutant General were assigned to the press of Ritchie & Trueheart in the summer and fall of 1814 as Pleasants's health declined (he died October 4th), so the attribution here. Gooch later became partner to kinsman Thomas Ritchie as publisher of the Richmond Enquirer.
