Notes
Only known copy is held by the Virginia Historical Society. Sheet lacks colophon; William Byrd Page (1774-1812) resided at Fairfield Plantation in Clarke County (and was apparently buried there), so Hummel suggested Fairfield as place of issue; but the only presses then in the area were at Charlestown, Martinsburg, and Winchester, with any one being a possible source for this item; hence the indeterminacy here.
