Full Title: By the governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia, a proclamation. The president of the United States having been pleased to communicate to me, that a treaty will be held with the hostile Indian tribes, on or about the first day of June at Lower Sandusky ... Given under my hand and under the seal of the Commonwealth, at Richmond, this thirteenth day of May, in the year of our Lord, one thousand seven hundred and ninety-three, and of the Commonwealth the seventeenth.
