Session met from May 5 to June 28, 1783. Only known copy in the Library of Congress not filmed by Early American Imprints series, nor recorded by Evans or Bristol. Advertised for sale in the Virginia Gazette (Richmond) of James Hayes on September 6, 1783. John Dunlap and James Hayes began work in Richmond in December 1781 as Virginia's public printers; they held the position until May 1786 with Hayes the sole resident proprietor.
