Notes
Anonymous author satirically links proclamation against activities of Patrick Henry, et al, to an "extortion" of Crown funds to replace gunpowder seized by Dunmore on April 21, 1775. Sheet lacks printer credit; Bristol assigned title to Purdie's press, and typography appears to confirm such an assignment; Purdie was printer to the Virginia Conventions at this time.
