Notes
Originally published in Boston in 1742. Evans reported a 1746 Williamsburg edition of this work (Evans 5750), but such could not be found during filming of the Early American Imprints series; the existence of this 1747 Williamsburg edition suggests that Evans drew on a late 1746 subscription advertisement for his bibliographic entry, but that the actual imprint was issued in early 1747, as does this title's absence from the Evans bibliography.
