Winchester 09-02: Republican Constellation

Starting Date: Summer 1810

Ending Date: early February 1814

Publication Frequency: Weekly

Proprietors: Jonathan Foster

Sometime in summer of 1810, Foster removed phrase "& Son" from his paper's colophon, though son Thomas apparently remained in that office for many years to come, perhaps into the 1830s. At the start of 1814, Foster added Revell as his "principal assistant," a relationship that continued for about one year before he removed to Baltimore.
