A combination of previously printed items, reprinted items, and items not printed before that detail several reports of Assembly committees, reports of Board of Public Works to the Assembly, and the laws and resolutions that resulting from those reports, from the board's inception in 1814 through the December 1819 Assembly; during that session, public printer Thomas Ritchie was ordered to assemble this collection; Ritchie evidently subcontracted this project to the firm of Samuel Shepherd &; William Pollard (as he often did for non-standard items), who combined Ritchie-produced titles, reprints thereof, and heretofore unpublished materials, in a collection with six parts. Contents herein include: Part 1, Report of Commissioners Appointed to View Certain Rivers (1816.064), Report of the Committee on Roads and Internal Navigation (1815.077), First Annual Report of President and Board of Public Works (1816.164), and Acts and Resolutions on Internal Improvements (new from 1816); Part 2, Second Annual Report of President and Board of Public Works (1818.001); Part 2, Third Annual Report of the Board of Public Works (1818.143); Part 4, Supplemental Report of the Board of Public Works )1819.009); Part 5, Fourth Annual Report of the Board of Public Works (1819.107), and Supplemental Report of the Board of Public Works (1820.015); and Part 6, Letter from the Principal Engineer to a Member of the Board of Public Works (1820.038). The whole bears a new title page with the imprint of Shepherd & Pollard dated 1820.
