Full Title: A bill to amend and explain an act, entitled, "an act for reducing into one the several acts concerning the land office, ascertaining the terms and manner of granting waste and unappropriated lands; for settling the titles and bounds of lands; directing the mode of processioning, and prescribing the duty of Surveyors;" and the act, entitled, "an act for establishing a Land Office and ascertaining the terms and manner of granting waste and unappropriated lands."
