No copy known extant; Ritchie was ordered to print 250 copies of this bill on January 1, 1815, for the use of the members of the Assembly. Designed to secure and maintain the arms produced by the state's arms manufactory for use in the recent war, this bill was eventually subsumed into a larger one dealing with all public property acquired during the war, passed February 18, 1816 (Chap. XIV of Acts of December 1815 Assembly).
