Notes

Imprint is dated 1814, but as ephemerides are printed for all 12 months, it is likely title was actually printed in 1813; text's simplicity suggests that Johnson & Warner had this produced locally, rather than in Philadelphia as had been their past practice. Johnson & Warner announced [p. 2] that they had bought the copyright to Bishop Madison's Map of Virginia (1807.011), and would carry copies in their various book stores.
