Notes

Imprint states: "Powhatan County, Virginia, January 25th, 1813," while the colophon [p. 19] reports: "This pamphlet may be had at S. Pleasant's Book-Store, Richmond." As no press then operated in either Powhatan or Chesterfield counties, this item is clearly a Richmond imprint; however, it could easily have been printed at any one of the city's printing offices, despite its association with Samuel Pleasants as seller, so the indeterminacy here.
