Only known copy is held by the Virginia Historical Society in the collected papers of John Ambler; in 1813, he was the lieutenant colonel in command of the 19th Regiment of Virginia militia stationed at Richmond, and so the author of this imprint. Sheet lacks colophon; date and place noted, as well as unit's location, indicate a Richmond origin; but with public work divided between two press offices, and with Ambler allowed to choose other printers, the source of this imprint cannot be determined with any certainty.
