Notes
Manson & Minor acquired the press and tools of Seaton Grantland in mid-1809, when he left Richmond to become printer to the state of Georgia; however, the pair did not attempt to follow Grantland's practice of producing multiple variants of a common almanac for a variety of Virginia booksellers, as this unique title ably evinces.
