An accounting of public expenditures relating to the organization and mobilization of militia units following the Chesapeake-Leopard affair of June 1807. Sheet lacks colophon; after 1780, the city government regularly employed Thomas Nicolson as its printer, but at the time this item issued, Nicolson was largely incapacitated by an illness that took his life that November; hence any press in the city could have produced this title.
