Notes

Page's last annual report to the legislature before his constitutionally-required exit after three terms in office; it included three supporting documents, numbered 1, 2, and 3. The House ordered Pleasants to print 250 copies of this report on December 11th, along with a second letter from Page dated December 3rd (with five supporting documents, designated A, B, C, D, and E) and a third letter dated December 9th (with one document, marked no. 1). Swem records all these items under a single entry, noting that none were extant, and that is was unclear from the House journal whether all of the supporting documents were printed.
