Collective constituent letter reporting on proceedings of the December 1804 Assembly. Only known copy held by the Duke University Library; however, their catalogue does not record the letter's authors, nor did Hummel in his bibliography. Sheet lacks colophon; as such letters were a business staple for Richmond job-printers, this item could have issued from any of the press offices there, so the indeterminacy here.
