A circular for notifying "all delinquent brethren, who are four dollars and more, in arrears" that they were required to pay that arrearage before the Lodge's October 1804 meeting. Sheet lacks colophon; John Dixon was an active member of this lodge and regularly printed for his brethren, as well as for the Grand Lodge of Virginia, hence the attribution here.
