Document certifying content of the Revisal of the Laws, 1792 (New Edition) issued by Pace and Pleasants (1803.015); sheet lacks colophon as it was printed for binding with the Revisal per order of the Assembly (Chap. XV in Acts of December 1801 Assembly); they authorized the governor to purchase 1000 copies of the work and to distribute them among the state's public officers; Rind and Smith were detailed to inspect and certify the finished imprint.
