Letter lacks printer credit; John Dixon Jr. was the preferred printer for the Grand Lodge of Virginia from 1791 to 1807; he had been named public printer during the December 1798 Assembly – as trade partner to Meriwether Jones – and so had been temporarily relieved of that duty for the Grand Lodge's annual meeting that same month; but after that Assembly's adjournment, Dixon resumed his responsibilities (see 1799.023), so the attribution here.
