The House ordered that the public printer, the newly-appointed firm of Meriwether Jones & John Dixon Jr., to print 5000 copies for distribution throughout the state in conjunction with the address of the Assembly (1799.008) justifying adoption of Virginia Resolution (1798.062). Evans recorded this title twice from two different repositories; the Early American Imprint Series apparently filmed those same two items: one at the Library of Congress (# 36640) and the other at the University of Virginia (# 36514). Swem recorded item from copies at Virginia Historical Society and the order to print in the House journal.
