Full Title: (Circular.) Richmond, Supervisor's-Office, December 31st, 1795. Gentlemen, In the course of examining the late revenue returns and accounts which have come into this office, it is found necessary to call your attention to several of your respective collectors, whose negligence in the several branches of revenue, are so extremely great, that it is impossible to suffer them to pass unnoticed.
