Notes
Petition submitted to the Assembly session of November 1795. Sheet lacks printer credit; two copies of this title are known extant; one copy has the blank spaces competed in manuscript for Spotsylvania County (and filmed by the Early American Imprints Series), suggesting a Fredericksburg origin; yet the other has such completions for Loudon County, suggesting an Alexandria origin; hence the indeterminate attribution here.
