Signed in print by Thomas G. Peachy and six others; dated: "Petersburg, March 22, 1791." Proceeds were used to finance, in part, building an Episcopal church on Courthouse Hill. Sheet lacks printer credit; the only press then operating in Petersburg was that of William Prentis, hence the attribution here. No copy found during filming of the Early American Imprints Series, so not filmed.
