Author: Virginia. Convention of June 1788.
Place Issued: Petersburg
Issuing Press: William Prentis
Description: 228 pgs.; 23 cm. (8vo).
Last of three volumes from the stenographic record taken unofficially by David Robertson of Petersburg; evidently issued in sequence as type-setting process neared 13 sheets (208 pages) each; Miles Hunter died between publication of vols. 1 and 2 (Dec. 12, 1788); hence volume 1 (1788.027) bears imprimatur of Hunter & Prentis while this item and volume 2 (1789.018) bears the colophon of Prentis alone. The Early American Imprints Series filmed volume 1 twice; vols. 2 & 3 not filmed, although Evans number for those items (22225) was used as an identifier for the filmed duplication.
