No copy known extant; Swem reported existence payment for printing 1500 copies but did not see a copy. The firm of Dixon & Holt was appointed as the public printer in June 1786, succeeding that of Dunlap & Hayes, who were dismissed on May 5, 1786, a result of their perceived negligence (tardy production of Assembly records). Act is reprinted as Chap. XII of the Acts of October 1786 in Hening's Statutes (XII: 266-267).
