Sheet lacks printer credit; attributed here to press of Dunlap & Hayes, the public printers then, as item was one required in their contract; only known copy is in the state archives. Title is enclosure with a letter from Council of State (1785.016) requesting that each county court review the status and benefits of pensioners in their county annually and report to them their condition, according to act of October 1784. Text lists 241 officers and noncom-missioned officers that served in the Revolutionary War.
