Notes

Sheet lacks printer credit; attributed here to press of Dunlap & Hayes, the incumbent public printers then, as item was one required in their contract. Council requested that each county court review the status and benefits of pensioners in their county annually and report to them their condition, according to act of October 1784. An enclosure (1785.017) lists pensioners known to the executive and their pension amounts.
