First session of the Assembly of 1769-1772 (two meetings: November 7 to December 21, 1769 and May 21 to June 28, 1770). The journal of both meetings was designed as a single, continuously numbered volume. Thus Swem recorded this as a single volume (#22644) from the copy he saw in the State Archives (today the Library of Virginia), and so a 1769 imprint, as did Evans (#11910). However, Clayton-Torrence recognized this title as sexond of two distinct imprints (#361 & #372); entry here conforms to Clayton-Torrence, as such reflects actual production.
